Season Subscription at Winter Opera Saint Louis
Discounted Ticket Prices - Purchase Season Tickets and save! When you purchase a Season Subscription, you receive your tickets at a discounted price!
Advanced Renewals - As a season subscription holder you have the best access to your favorite seats at the best price. Season Tickets go on sale one month before tickets go on sale to the general public, and your previous season seats stay reserved for you for a month and a half.
Ticketing & Policies
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or cancellations.
Ticket Donations - We understand that plans sometimes change and you may not be able to use your tickets. You can donate any unused opera tickets before the performance time of your ticket and Winter Opera will send you a tax-deductible donation letter for the price of the ticket(s). Tickets must be returned to Winter Opera to receive contribution acknowledgment.
Exchanges - Exchanges may be made for any performance of any opera, based on availability. If exchanges are made for tickets of a lower price, no refund will be issued.
Lost Tickets - Call the Box Office at 314-865-0038. We will reprint your tickets and have them at Will-Call on the date of the performance(s).
Processing Fees - There will be a $3.00 processing fee for tickets purchased through our website or over the phone. Fee will be waived for in-person ticket purchases.
